Scheduled Appointments

We are open by appointment only and therefore are not available for stop in visits. Individual appointments are scheduled for you to drop off and pick up your cat. You will have uninterrupted time when no other customers and cats will be coming or going. You can be with your cat as it acclimates and have time to fill out a little paperwork.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required when the total boarding fee of your first visit exceeds $300.00. You must send a deposit check for 50% within one week for us to continue to hold the reservation.

Cancellations

There is no charge for a cancelled reservation. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we would appreciate a call with as much notice as possible.

Missed Appointments

Because we commit to be available for your specific appointments and out of respect for other customers, we expect you to be on time for your appointments. We realize that sometimes things do not go as planned. If you are unable to be on time or need to reschedule, please call as soon and you can. If it is after 5:00 p.m. you can leave a message or call in the a.m. Since we are available seven days a week, respect for our family time is important and very much appreciated.

Preview Visit Before Boarding

Whether you have just made your cat's first reservation or are simply curious, we would love to show you what we have to offer. A visit to preview the facility and to meet us, before the first day of boarding, can be very helpful. Many people find it less stressful when they see where their cat will be staying. Please call ahead for a preview visit.
